All intellectual property rights related to Turnpike’s RFID system—including copyrights, trademarks, designs, and patents—are the exclusive property of Turnpike. No ownership rights are transferred to the user, only a limited and revocable license for use in accordance with these terms.

All information entered into the system by the user (including data on units, tires, incidents, rotations, etc.) remains the exclusive property of the user. Turnpike does not claim any rights over such data and will only process it for operational purposes of the system.

Turnpike may modify, update, suspend, or temporarily or permanently interrupt the RFID system, or parts of it, without prior notice. These modifications may include changes in functions, availability, or features.

The system is provided “as is” and “as available.” Turnpike does not guarantee that the system will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event will Turnpike be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any activity carried out through their account will be considered performed by the user. Turnpike implements reasonable security measures to protect stored information; however, absolute protection against security incidents cannot be guaranteed.

Turnpike’s RFID system offers free usage licenses. To activate a license, the user must provide a name and a general description of the company or entity that will use the system. No additional private data will be requested or stored.

The user must provide: An identifying name, A general description. This information will be used solely for internal control of active licenses.

Turnpike guarantees that the data provided for activation will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without the user’s prior consent.

The information collected may be used for internal tracking and statistical analysis of system usage. Such analyses will always be aggregated and anonymous, without identifying companies or users individually.

Turnpike may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will become effective upon their publication within the system. It is recommended to periodically review these terms to stay informed of changes. Continued use of the system after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of such changes.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where Turnpike operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
